Colleen brings a wealth of childcare leadership experience to MCCAA, having most recently served as the Assistant Director at Kiddie Academy of Goodlettsville, where she oversaw state licensing compliance, CACFP administration, and staff recruitment and onboarding. Colleen’s background also includes nearly five years as the Program Coordinator at Keystone Childcare in Gallatin, where she supported 160+ children and led community outreach efforts that grew enrollment. We are thrilled to have Colleen leading the Hull Circle teams as our first Center Manager
