Early Learning Centers

With more than 15 years of childcare experience, Paula Highs brings a wonderful combination of compassion, leadership, and healthcare expertise to MCCAA. A Licensed Practical Nurse since 1986, she is CPR trained and certified, has completed TECTA training, and is currently pursuing her CDA certification through Volunteer State Community College. She also brings 4½ years of valuable experience with Our Daily Bread and the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). When she isn’t caring for children and supporting families, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, driving her truck, and relaxing with a game of Candy Crush!
